Scott McGann Arrested

Scott McGann, 32 years old, was headed to Chicago but was arrested for placing a false bomb
and making terrorist threats. Scott McGann appeared to be intoxicated and was acting “crazy”.
When police searched his bag they found batteries and wires that looked like a bomb.
